The "Little Engine That Could". A G-Scale train and village around a pondless waterfall with a 15' stream flowing into "Pyramid Lake".

Jackie Tranchida was a delight to work with for this spot.
- Troop Oasis starring Willie the "wonder-what-that-is" dog.
This is a pondless waterfall built with three little dogs in mind.
- We turned a square, un-natural cement hole in a more natural sounding and looking water feature.
This was quite a challenge because the orignial was a large cement square with a small cement square pouring off of two spouts into the larger square. We also had to prevent multiple leaks into the pond from the landscape water seeping in through the concrete and the filtration was limited and troublesome at best!
- Java Falls
This is a very large water feature with split falls, a split-stone footbridge, a four foot tunnel under the bridge for the fish, four caves, underwater lighting, and beautiful plants and stones. The fish had not been introduced upon completion -- when this video was taken.
- Dorothy's Delight --- We enlarged her basin to become a water garden. See the new pictures in the Photo Gallery.
- This was a rebuild. The original was not visually balanced and was just not to Dorothy's liking. So even though it was only a few months old, she wanted it pretty. We dismantled the face, edges and basin. We found the construction to be made with wood, stakes and screws. All this UNDER a rubber liner. Wood will rot, leaving just stakes and screws... not good. When we were done not only did Dorothy love her new water feature, but she knew it was not going to rot out and fall apart.
- Tammy's Tiny Pondless
- Tammy and her daughter had terrible allergies to their own backyard! So she wanted the entire area covered with weed block fabric and foot-friendly gravel with a small waterfall at the edge of the patio and some greenery around the edges. So that's what we did for her. At the other end of the yard is a small vegetable garden edged with Benda-Board and covered in weed block so they can just cut a small X and plant only where they want to.
- October 2010 -- An entire courtyard in the Greenhaven area.

These videos are taken by us upon completion of our projects. We also take lots of pictures throughout the building process and present a DVD of the photos to the homeowner. With the photos they are able to tell where all the different hoses, plumbing, and cords go for future knowledge. Since we don't build a pond-in-a-day as many pond companies do, our customers are able to see what steps we take to ensure the best structural integrity that we can offer. We "glue" all the stones together like a veneer on the liner as well as the smaller stones in between the larger ones. With this extra step we not only make it stronger, but you can spray it with a jet of water or pressure wash it and the gravel and rocks DO NOT tumble down to the bottom. Plants are planted in the gravel so the root system becomes a filter mat of sorts for the fish debris. We try to keep our plant selection to those that are not terribly aggressive growers to help your pond be low-maintenance.
